Sodium per litre = sodium per serving ÷ water in millilitres × 1,000. Example: 300 mg mixed into 475 mL is approximately 632 mg/L.

Cost formula

Cost per serving = container price ÷ servings. Cost per 1,000 mg sodium = cost per serving ÷ sodium per serving × 1,000.
